This past Friday night some of the college got together to stuff bags and make signs for the World Changers golf tournament the next morning at Forest Hills. Afterwards, because we were bored and had nothing to do (never a good thing for college students), we started do dumb things that one person would soon regret. Jared Stigler had a bunch of water balloons and a water balloon launcher in his trunk. We were, at first, amused by how far we could launch the balloons, and then we felt the need to launch the balloons at objects and then at people. Josh Sinquefield and Stephen Brannon were the only two dumb enough to stand in the way. Luckily, for Stephen, he didn't get hit, but Josh wasn't so lucky. The pictures will explain the rest!

Psalms 5:3 "Waiting in Expectation"
As I was looking to create a blog, my sister and I were thumbing through scripture to find a theme for my blog. There were many different ideas that we came up with, but I chose Waiting in Expectation for a reason. Prayer is a very important part of my faith with Jesus Christ. I know the power in prayer. I know that Hebrews 4:14-16 teaches us of a Great High Priest that is not of unworthy esteem, but a God who has been tempted in every way, just as we are, and yet without sin! Therefore we should approach the throne with confidence that we will find mercy and grace. So I pray begging God to humble me and make me wise in respect to his Kingdom, and then because of the teaching in Psalms 5:3, I wait expecting God to show up and show up big. This blog is here for me to tell, and show the world how Christ is showing up in my life everyday; teaching me, showing me, and making me into the man that he wants me to be. So I chose this theme because I wake up surrendering my life to him over and over again everyday (Luke 9:23). I beg for unto his sovereignty and then sit waiting in expectation
